The foundation for my desire to work in the fitness industry is deeply rooted in my years as a high school and collegiate athlete. It is from this foundation that set the platform that provided me with the knowledge for an understanding of the human body and the drive to the never ending challenge by helping my clients maximize their potential in general fitness, injury prevention, goal setting, and athletic strength and conditioning. My primary style of training is FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. Functional training is a dynamic system of movement patterns and exercises to help develop a higher level of athletic preparation and performance.
Bonnie Galorenzo, a NASM/AFPA Certified Elite Level Personal Trainer. Personal trainer for 12 years and Group Fitness Instructor for 20 years. My specialties include Adult & Youth Athletic Training, Boxing Circuit Group Training, Core Training, Sports Specific, TRX, and Indo-row. The most rewarding aspect of my job are the clients who have been with me since day one and are now lifelong friends. I make each workout fun and motivating, I take a personal approach to their healthy lifestyle, helping them build strength and confidence.
Mary is a practicing Registered Nurse. Prior to obtaining her Bachelors of Nursing, Mary earned a Bachelor’s of Psychology. She has seen firsthand the outcomes of poor nutrition and lack of exercise, and has become uniquely passionate about fitness and wellness for all. Mary played basketball competitively and she especially likes high intensity interval training, as well as strength training during her own workouts. Mary's experience and educational background allows her to teach a wide range of modalities, age ranges, and fitness levels.
Demonstrates the maturity, wisdom, and the knowledge for success achieved only through years of life experiences. Peter practices daily the art of fitness and nutrition. He is well conditioned and played competitive sports into his 50s. His unique style of training promotes success in all areas including: circuit training, weight loss, muscle definition, sports conditioning, and pre-menopausal body shaping.
Dorian Jackson. Was born and raised in Summit, NJ. I have been a fitness professional for over 25 years, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels in order to help people meet their fitness goals while working to reach their maximum potential. I pride myself in giving my clients the attention they deserve while making each workout fun and challenging. My belief is that optimal fitness can be achieved with some fun, a smile and a little sweat.
Patrick Lee is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and TRX certified fitness professional, health coach, CPR/AED certified and certified yoga instructor. Patrick is very passionate in helping each individual achieve their fitness goals which include injury prevention/rehabilitation, muscle building, weight loss and proper nutritional guidance for healthy living and body transformation with a well-balanced style of positive encouragement. He is a firm believer that prevention is better than the "treatment". A motto to live by: "Without your vibrant physical and mental health, all the riches in the world would not matter".
Claudia Lind began her career as a prenatal post partum fitness instructor in 1982. Her Fitness studio was filled with bellies, babies and strollers. After six years of Running In 1993 Claudia attained her personal training certification and since Then has been adding skills to assist her with offering a complete package to her Clients. Among them are; yoga, Thai yoga and bodywork, and weight room Training. Claudia is a Millburn resident and enjoys the community and a short commute to YB Fitness
Shadi has been incorporating his passion of fitness and nutrition as a master personal Trainer for over 12 years. His mission is to improve his client's quality of life by incorporating health and fitness into their daily lifestyle and to help achieve their fitness goals. With a degree in Exercise Physiology and Dietetics (Nutrition), as well as a number of highly accredited certifications, Shadi's scientific approach towards health and fitness has allowed him to be a well-rounded master trainer, with clients ranging from athletes, to people dealing with injuries, to simply people looking to lose weight and get in shape.

Classically trained in ballet and dance Began practicing Pilates in 1974 w Carolla Trier in NYC. Ballet and dance instructor 1974-present. Anderson Kasakove Studio in NYC, Essex County Community College, Winchester Ballet, Boston Dance Company, Cando Fitness and YB fit Rosanne very seasoned and knowledgeable Pilates instructor with over 40-yearsOf experience. Dynamic group fitness instructor. Challenging but fun environment including many different creative, innovative and therapeutic techniques.
Mary Sue Fisher
Mary Sue first developed her passion for Pilates as a client of the Can Do Pilates studio in 2004. She quickly realized that Pilates developed strength, flexibility, and focus. After experiencing the changes in her own body, Mary Sue wanted to share the benefits of classical Pilates with others. Following hundreds of hours of training in New York, Mary Sue became a member of the staff that so inspired her.
As a child, Mary discovered her love of movement through gymnastics Mary, a proud mom of three children, motherhood provided a new perspective on her fitness goals and development. She sought to shift the focus of her Exercise routines to core strength and lengthening. Pilates was a perfect match. Mary is classically certified with Romana's Pilates in New York City studying with Romana Kryzanowska, protégé of Joseph Pilates and her daughter, Master Teacher Sari Mejia-Santo. She also had the privilege of training with Master Teachers around the world during her apprenticeship. A full time trainer for over 10 years, Mary has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels maximize their goals through Pilates. Although the Pilates studio is where You will find Mary most days, she maintains her connection to group fitness by teaching high-energy cycle classes at YB.
