Stuart Elberger

Trainer

Stuart is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise and has earned a specialty certification in fitness nutrition. He has been in the fitness industry for more than 10 years. Stuart’s number one priority is to help each individual client reach their health and fitness goal through nutritional coaching, functional movement and resistance training. He also uses a combined strategy which includes an integrative and holistic approach to empower clients to reach and even exceed their health and fitness goals. His belief system is simple: what a client does outside the gym, will determine how he or she will perform inside the gym. Stuart is a health coach and an award-winning competitive bodybuilder.

Maryann Levinson

Trainer

Maryann has had a lifelong dedication to a healthy lifestyle involving physical exercise and good nutrition.  Maryann learned Pilates actually relieved some of the pain that had plagued her for years. In addition to pain relief, she was thrilled to see her body transform to a shape and condition to which she had always aspired. Maryann is dedicated to sharing the benefits of Pilates and healthy living with those around her. She spent 500 hours becoming a classically trained Pilates Instructor, certified through the Beacon Pilates Program as recognized by the Pilates Method Alliance. Maryann also completed her Health Coaching Certification at INN, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  Maryann would love to share the benefits of Pilates and assist you in living your best life!

Dorian Jackson. Was born and raised in Summit, NJ. I have been a fitness professional for over 25 years, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels in order to help people meet their fitness goals while working to reach their maximum potential. I pride myself in giving my clients the attention they deserve while making each workout fun and challenging. My belief is that optimal fitness can be achieved with some fun, a smile and a little sweat.
