CHILDCARE

YB’s childcare staff is attuned to the needs of each child in their care. We have rigorous protocols designed to ensure that both children and parents get the maximum benefit and enjoyment from the time they spend at our club. Our Child Care room offers a clean, safe environment filled with toys, puzzles, educational games and art supplies. Video games, tapes and child-friendly television are also available. Parents are given a beeper so that the childcare staff can contact them easily anywhere in the club and, if you would like, you can keep an eye on your child by accessing a live feed of the childcare room from any of our exercise machines that are equipped with video monitors.

YOUTH FITNESS

Our unique “Start Your Body” program is the perfect introduction to the wonderful world of physical fitness for teens and young adults ages 16 to 21. Currently the program consists of small-group training sessions specifically targeted to this age group. Beginning in September 2015, YB will also offer two special "Start Your Body" classes: YB Bounce, a really fun, high-intensity cardio workout on trampolines; and CycleYB, a youth version of our exciting cycling class on all new bikes in our newly renovated stadium studio. "Start Your Body" is a great way to give your kids a leg up on a lifetime of fitness.

Each of YB’s certified instructors designs his or her class with three important goals in mind: the class should be energetic, it should motivate you, and, most importantly, it needs to be fun! At YB, we offer more than 90 classes to suit almost anyone’s needs and preferences. Among them, YB Bounce, our low-impact rebounding class using trampolines for a high-intensity cardio workout, and CycleYB, featuring our newly renovated cycle studio with all-new bikes. There's also Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Barre Dynamic, and many more. Our instructors are constantly searching out new techniques and innovations to keep our programs fresh and dynamic.

PILATES

Personal harmony and a balanced life are essential to well-being. These are also the bedrock principals of classical Pilates, which engages your body and mind for total conditioning. The exercises executed in Pilates uniformly develop the body by strengthening and supporting its core, and focus on body alignment and injury prevention. Best of all, Pilates is ideal for for men and women of any age or level of physical fitness. We offer sessions to serve your individual needs, including private, duet, semi-private, Tower Classes and Group Mat. Our trainers have completed at least 600 hours of certification and are uniquely qualified to help you reach your fitness goals.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

YB’s small group training offers the benefits of one-on-one personal training in a social, energetic and motivating environment. Groups include 3+ members, and a variety of workout types are offered. These new circuit training sessions will be conducted in our newly created YB Zone.

Our CycleYB classes in our brand new stadium studio have outstanding instructors, exhilarating music and all-new, top-of-the-line Life Cycle GX cycles with advanced monitors that allow you to measure your performance and track your progress. Each class will push your boundaries and challenge you to dig deeper than you have before. Add state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems to the mix and what you have is an exhilarating exercise experience that will power you long after you leave the gym.

YB ZONE

YB Zone is a small-group circuit training studio dedicated to maximizing the trainer-member experience. Our trainers teach the subtleties of heart-rate training, a philosophy designed to maximize your workout efficiency. As a venue for personal training, YB Zone will host many different training experiences such as 45-minute, small-group workouts emphasizing strength and interval training using a wide variety of high-intensity interval equipment. YB Zone features cutting edge equipment and exercise routines geared toward improving your cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. Whether you’re just starting out or you are an experienced athlete looking for a new challenge, YB Zone can help you reach your full potential.

SELF-DEFENSE

Learn the basics of self-defense in our new DefendYB program. In a small group setting , you will receive personalized instruction in self-defense: how to identify and avoid dangerous situations, strike with proper technique, and overcome size and weight differentials.
