VICE PRESIDENT OF YB, DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL TRAINING & PILATES

26 years of experience in post rehabilitation, weight loss and fitness program design. Tamer has a BS in Sports Medicine and an MS in Exercise Science. In addition, Tamer has accomplished the following certifications: NASM, FMS, TRX, CES, MES, IFBB, Kickboxing, Indo row and Sports Nutrition. Tamer has always been a fitness enthusiast, competing in professional fitness and bodybuilding competitions. He was a former Mr. Egypt and placed second in the Mr. World Fitness competition in 2002. Fitness is an important part of Tamer's life - he is passionate about helping and motivating clients to reach their goals and maximum potential.

The foundation for my desire to work in the fitness industry is deeply rooted in my years as a high school and collegiate athlete. It is from this foundation that set the platform that provided me with the knowledge for an understanding of the human body and the drive to the never ending challenge by helping my clients maximize their potential in general fitness, injury prevention, goal setting, and athletic strength and conditioning. My primary style of training is FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. Bonnie Galorenzo is a NSAM/AFPA Certified Elite Level Personal Trainer. She has been a personal trainer for 12 years and a group fitness instructor for 20 years. Her specialties include Adult & Youth Athletic Training, Boxing Circuit Group Training, Core Training, Sports Specific, TRX, and Indo-row. The most rewarding aspect of her job are the clients who have been with her since day one and are now lifelong friends. Bonnie makes each workout fun and motivating, taking a personal approach to their healthy lifestyle and helping them build strength and confidence.

Mary is a practicing Registered Nurse. Prior to obtaining her Bachelors of Nursing, Mary earned a Bachelor’s of Psychology. She has seen firsthand the outcomes of poor nutrition and lack of exercise, and has become uniquely passionate about fitness and wellness for all. Mary played basketball competitively and she especially likes high intensity interval training, as well as strength training during her own workouts. Mary's experience and educational background allows her to teach a wide range of modalities, age ranges, and fitness levels.

Peter demonstrates the maturity, wisdom, and the knowledge for success achieved only through years of life experiences. He practices daily the art of fitness and nutrition. He is well-conditioned and played competitive sports into his 50s. Dorian Jackson was born and raised in Summit, NJ. He has been a fitness professional for over 25 years, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys working with clients of all ages and skill levels in order to help people meet their fitness goals while working to reach their maximum potential. Dorian prides himself on giving his clients the attention they deserve while making each workout fun and challenging. Dee has more than 26 years of work experience as a personal trainer. She holds a BS degree in Physical Education, an MS degree in Sports Medicine and an NASM Personal Training Certification. Her specialties include Pre/Post Sports Rehabilitation, Pre/Post Natal Training, TRX, IN-ROW, and Functional Training. It is Dee’s passion to work with adults, youths, and seniors to motivate, instruct and accomplish their fitness goals.

PATRICK LEE

Trainer

Patrick Lee is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and TRX certified fitness professional, health coach, CPR/AED certified and certified yoga instructor. Patrick is very passionate in helping each individual achieve their fitness goals which include injury prevention/rehabilitation, muscle building, weight loss and proper nutritional guidance for healthy living and body transformation with a well-balanced style of positive encouragement. He is a firm believer that prevention is better than the "treatment". A motto to live by: "Without your vibrant physical and mental health, all the riches in the world would not matter."

CLAUDIA LIND

Trainer

Claudia Lind began her career as a prenatal post partum fitness instructor in 1982. Her fitness studio was filled with bellies, babies and strollers. In 1993, after six years of running, Claudia attained her personal training certification and since then has been adding skills to assist her with offering a complete package to her clients. Among them are: yoga, Thai yoga and bodywork, and weight room training. Claudia is a Millburn resident and enjoys the community and a short commute to YB Fitness.

Al is a Medical Exercise Specialist along with post-rehab training, with a total of 27 years in the fitness industry. He enjoys helping people with injuries achieve their goals, helping them feel better by improving their strength and function. Areas of expertise are: fitness assessments, cardiovascular strength and flexibility training for all conditions including back pain.

SHADI RIMAWI

Trainer

Shadi has been incorporating his passion for fitness and nutrition as a master personal trainer for over 12 years. His mission is to improve his clients’ quality of life by incorporating health and fitness into their daily lifestyle and to help achieve their fitness goals. With a degree in Exercise Physiology and Dietetics (Nutrition), as well as a number of highly accredited certifications, Shadi's scientific approach towards health and fitness has allowed him to be a well-rounded master trainer, with clients ranging from athletes, to people dealing with injuries, to simply people looking to lose weight and get in shape.

ROBIN BRODY

Pilates Instructor

Robin’s relationship with Pilates began in 1967 at the age of 14, after being diagnosed with severe scoliosis. In conjunction with wearing a Milwaukee Brace 23 hours a day, Robin became a client of Carola Trier, herself a protégé of Joseph Pilates. Inspired by her own positive results, Robin then pursued her career as a Classical Pilates Instructor. Having worked for Physical Therapists, Robin has extensive experience with the injured population, specifically back injuries, scoliosis, and athletes of all ages. Robin is certified through Power Pilates, Physical Mind and is currently studying for her 3rd certification through Authentic Pilates. Having completed 3 triathlons to date Robin is a staunch supporter and fundraiser for Team in Training.

ROSANNE KILKOWSKI

Pilates Instructor

A classically trained ballet dancer, Rosanne has been teaching Pilates since her college days. She is proficient at training in individual, small group, and class settings. Her clientele includes youth, athletes, dancers, weekend warriors and seniors. By keeping things fresh and fun, she has been able retain clients for up to 15 years and longer. Mother of three, she has been able to combine her passion to teach exercise with her desire to help others improve their fitness and outlook.
