Each of YB’s certified instructors designs his or her class with three important goals in mind: the class should be energetic, it should motivate you, and, most importantly, it needs to be fun! At YB, we offer more than 90 classes to suit almost anyone’s needs and preferences. Among them, YB Bounce, our low-impact rebounding class using trampolines for a high-intensity cardio workout, and CycleYB, featuring our newly renovated cycle studio with all-new bikes. There’s also Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, Barre Dynamic, and many more. Our instructors are constantly searching out new techniques and innovations to keep our programs fresh and dynamic.
