Combining the effective fat burning methods of the trampoline with boxing results in a serious workout. By taking part in a Box ’n Bounce class you will push both your cardiovascular system as well as your muscle to the maximum. Box ’n Bounce is designed to burn the maximum amount of calories while using the resitance of the trampoline to tone those legs and bum muscles!

You will be guided through a full body workout to an inspiring playlist created by Bonnie and Tom that will lift your spirit, transform your body and clear your mind! The studio will be divided in half: Bonnie and Tom's teams will compete against each other with defined cadence, sprints, and intervals using energized music to push everyone to their limits. It will be an inspiring ride with Bonnie and Tom. A little more challenge, a little more sweat, and a lot more fun!

Combining the cardiovascular workout of the trampoline with lower body intervals of step as well as light weights and abs. This class will be broken down into different areas firstly targeting the lower body and moving up to the stomach and then arms with upper and lower core exercises. Combine this with some trampoline based cardio and you have a serious workout!

Box ’n Bag

You’ll start with a functional warm up, move into shadow boxing and then work on those heavy bags before some core work and a great cool down. Bonnie will focus on being in the fire, the heart of the fight, and work on speed and power intervals to bring up the adrenaline, sweat and intensity. This Box ’n Bag experience of shadowboxing, heavy bag work and fast flow sequences will attempt to reach your equilibrium in mind, body and soul.

A class of interval training combining weights and cardio using plyometric exercises of squats, sprints, and jumps. This is a standard pilates reformer class, which features the basic pilates exercises plus their progressions, as well as intermediate exercises. This class flows at a moderate pace, and our instructors may offer progressions or modifications on an individual basis, if needed.
